A global vision of the project to create unique environments

Sustainable

Sustainability isn’t an abstract concept but a value that can be easily perceived. Reducing energy consumption and environmental impact, efficiency and available resources optimization are essential.

Integrated

The project is developed through the skills of a multidisciplinary team to provide the client solutions that ensure the expected quality while respecting time and costs.

On a human scale

Designing for people is the focus of all our projects. Our ultimate goal is to deliver effective solutions to human needs.

Specialized in strategic consulting and office space design, our team of professionals with several years of experience in the sector is used to collaborate, side by side, with the largest engineering and project management companies.

The team deals with the projects with a global and multidisciplinary approach, with a 360-degree view of sustainability, and with architectural and urban planning projects, especially in the service industry both in Italy and abroad;

Our Team

Design and art direction

Architect and founder of Mantero Associati, Paolo Mantero has led the practice since 1999, developing projects across architecture, workplace strategy, interior design and branding for companies, institutions and international brands.

He graduated in Architecture in Genoa, within a strong culture of design and drawing, shaping his architectural vision through the teaching of Mario Botta and an early professional experience at Renzo Piano Building Workshop. After working in Italy and internationally, he moved to Milan, where his collaboration with Progetto CMR and Luigi Giffone further developed his expertise in workplace design — understood not simply as the organisation of space, but as a strategic tool to interpret the identity, culture and transformation of organisations.

Over more than twenty-five years, he has led projects for clients including Findomestic, UniCredit, BNL, Accenture and Diesel, bringing together strategic vision, multidisciplinary expertise and a rigorous, tailor-made approach.

His work is rooted in the belief that architecture should create meaningful relationships between people, places and organisations. Spaces are conceived to generate value, wellbeing and a sense of belonging, while preserving the craftsmanship, precision and culture of detail that remain central to the identity of Mantero Associati, even as new technologies continue to transform the design process..

Senior designer and project manager

Architect and Associate at Mantero Associati, Valeria Ordono de Rosales contributes to the development of architecture, workplace strategy and interior design projects, with particular expertise in the coordination of complex projects across corporate, luxury, hospitality and retail environments.

She graduated in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano, following an academic experience at Bauhaus University Weimar. She subsequently collaborated for several years with Politecnico di Milano as a teaching assistant in Interior and Exhibition Architecture, Industrial Design and Construction.

Since 2002, she has worked with leading project engineering companies and architecture practices in Italy and internationally, developing extensive experience in architectural design, space planning and the coordination of multidisciplinary processes. Her professional background includes projects for Generali in Rome, Leo Burnett in Frankfurt, Rothschild & Co and Linklaters in Milan, Armani in London, Santo Stefano Resort in La Maddalena, Hotel Lago in Torno, SKY in Cagliari, Clessidra SGR in Milan and the new Findomestic headquarters in Florence Novoli.

Since joining Mantero Associati in 2019, she has shared and contributed to the studio’s multidisciplinary and tailor-made approach: designing spaces that respond to people, express identity and support transformation, while maintaining the precision, rigour and sensitivity to detail that define the practice’s culture.
